Kelley Weaver, Founder and CEO, Melrose PR
Kelley Weaver (formerly Kelley Coughlan) is a PR professional in the lifestyle realm. A USC grad from Annenberg, Kelley always knew that PR was her calling. After working at various PR firms for over 5 years, Kelley formed Melrose PR, a boutique lifestyle PR firm based in Santa Monica, CA. Kelley has been featured and quoted as an impressive entrepreneur by publications such as the LA Times, Entrepreneur Magazine, LA Business Journal, Young Entrepreneur, Business Rockstars, and many more. Specializing in lifestyle and hospitality, Kelley has created successful PR campaigns for clients such as Hotel Casa del Mar in Santa Monica, Brick + Mortar Restaurant, Hot’s Kitchen, the Greater Phoenix CVB and Hotel Shangri-La. In 2012, Kelley was featured in the LA Business Journal 's "Top 20 in their 20's," for her work in creating Melrose PR, and the business continues to thrive today.
Lexie Olson graduated from the University of Oregon with a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations with an emphasis in electronic media. Prior to joining the Melrose PR team, Lexie held positions in publicity and PR at Greenco International Inc, bi-coastal public relation’s firm Sandbox Strategies, CBS News, Bridal Bliss, Alpha Broadcasting, and Associated Students at the University of Oregon, and she held the presidency of the National Broadcasting Society chapter at Oregon. Alexandra successfully launched and collaborated on campaigns for international clients including Cygnett, Guitar Hero, Cabelas, Rock Band, and Family Guy and was awarded Best Social Media Campaign at Game Connection America in 2013.
Kyrstin Riley, Account Manager, Melrose PR
Kyrstin Riley graduated from Pepperdine University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations with an emphasis in Psychology. Before joining the Melrose team as Account Coordinator, Kyrstin interned for Melrose PR where her exceptional dedication, ideas, work ethic, and execution became something that the team couldn’t live without! Kyrstin has also held previous positions in PR, marketing and human resources at companies such as the Bel-Air Bay Club, RWR Homes Inc., and OMNI Development and served as the Alpha Phi Iota Chapter Social Chair at Pepperdine University.
Brooke Golding, Account Coordinator, Melrose PR
Brooke Golding graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and Business. Prior to joining the Melrose PR team, Brooke held positions with boutique lifestyle public relations firm Ballantines PR in Los Angeles and Stuntman PR in New York. Brooke also has a vast background in fashion publicity, marketing and social media developed from past positions with Full Circle Fashion LA and popular clothing sensation Free People.
